HEADLINE CHARITIES

We work with colleagues from across Kingston Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and with individuals and organisations in our community to maximise support for three main groups: Patients and their families, The committed and dedicated staff and The researchers.

Everything we achieve is thanks to our amazing supporters. With your help, Kingston Hospital is able to go further and faster than is possible with NHS funding alone.

We are immensely grateful to all who care for our hospital and we strive to ensure that all donations are spent as wisely and cost effectively as possible.

At Maggie’s, we offer practical and emotional support to people with any type of cancer, at any stage, for free. From holding specific cancer support groups, to nordic walking, to providing financial and benefits advice, to managing side effects, stress or anxiety. We are a team of Cancer Support Specialists, Psychologists, Benefits Advisors, Art Therapists, Mindfulness coaches and Personal Trainers. Opening in 2008, the Maggie’s centre is on the groups of Charing Cross Hospital. Just come in.

We currently don’t receive any government funding and continue to run due to the generosity of our supporters.
